We've not been for a couple of years but I'm so glad we came back!! Delicious food, great service. And most importantly it's not a one pot wonder place. Myself and my husband ordered different dishes and they had their own unique flavour and ingredients. We eat alot of curry and more recently have favoured cooking our own as local places weren't as nice. But we will definitely be ordering take away and coming to eat in more often as it was fantastic!
Fantastic! Went on a Friday evening and they had space for the two of us, both had different chicken dishes from the Chef's Specials, and they were both fantastic. Really incredible food. Service was friendly and attentive as well! Can't fault them

Food was fantastic value, pub wasn't overly busy but had a very relaxed atmosphere. The bairmaid was very professional and helpful talking me through the app and offers available. Will be back sooner rather than later that's for sure.
Nice place for a carvery. Not the best but not the worst. Quite a good selection of veg and the desserts are yummy. The all you can eat ice cream is amazing and I would recommend it.

Jack the barman is a very polite lad,food has got better in recent,a local guitarist called jim Hawkins and his daughter Lorraine were sat out side whilst jim was playing his guitar and Lorraine was singing which was quite delightful for the customers who loved it especially some American guys who happen to be thier,as this wasn't busking just playing for there own amusement hopefully this wasn't illegal and the miles would give permission for this to happen again once in a while as it was a very good evening at the miles.
Friendly and courteous staff. A pleasant place for a few pints.

Very helpful when I rang to book a table as we needed to walk our dog prior to eating and they were able to give us directions to a local footpath. We were advised that dogs are only allowed in the bar which was fine by us. Very friendly welcome and good service. Great burgers and well cooked fish and chips
Decent west country cider pub. The cider selection is decent and prices are good value. They do breakfast, lunch and dinner. Portions are a good size. It has an Outside seating area and has a car park. They have functions on and live music so its an all round decent pub.

Steak night - very successful - enjoyed the food - the service was great too. I am a steak lover and always choose steak reluctantly if the place is a none steak specialist - however theirs was great. Highly recommend.
Excellent as always. Good quality, home cooked food and very reasonable. Nice place, nice people.
